A puff-sleeve tie back blouse with inner lining and button closure at the neck. Really good quality cotton with the right amount of structure while still feeling soft. Decluttering as I have so many similar white tops, but love how flattering this is due to the adjustable tie in the back! Can wear it higher around the waist or lower at hips. TINY stain on the inner lining only, but is not visible through the front. True to size as I’m usually an 8/M! Also selling the skirt in another listing!
