Brand new w/o tags. Wear in front was like this out of the box so don't know if that's part of the look. Loved them but never wore them. Run small, I'm normally a Sz. 9-9.5 and had to get a 10. Color is beautiful, called Brushed Pewter.

marjisnflwr306 @dlj2j hi, I would say it's flat but there's a slight lift near the arch. Not as extreme say as a Birkenstock sandal. I added a pic so you could see it.

marjisnflwr306 @dlj2j I have high arches and they were extremely comfortable on me but have a friend who is flat footed and she had the same pair and said she loved them.

dlj2j @marjisnflwr306 Thank you very much, and thank you 🙏 for the added picture. I have no arch at all, never have ☺️! And i absolutely can’t do Birks at all. Anything with an arch “supported” feels like a lump-ball 😅! So that part of the shoe is soft? Not considered an “arch support”?

marjisnflwr306 @dlj2j you're so welcome. This is soft and barely there, I don't think you would feel it. It was hard for me to even get a picture of it, it's so minimal. Sorry if the pic was blurry.
