Where'd you go Ajeet. B.? Was Las Angeles too busy for you? Your designs are fantastic, your crinkle rayon fabrics vibrant, your designs and craftsmanship are outstanding...but finding items from your small, L.A. boutique is very difficult. Possibly because those who own these fabric pieces of art rarely part with them. Well, sad to say, I am giving up my one and only Ajeet. B. Designs outfit. When my metal closet rod began to sag, it was time to get serious and start clearing out some of the things rarely worn. I mean, after dropping about 20 pounds, plus living at the edge of Idaho's Primitive Wilderness, where would I wear something like this? I wore it once to Sanibel Island...and once to Santa Barabra. Come to think of it, I did wear it to Pike's Place in Seattle...and the Ferris wheel. And Oh! Lunch at the Space Needle. But that was it, and years ago. I love those carved bone turtle buttons. Collared Button-down Jacket (with eight carved bone turtles): Bust 48 inches; Hips 50 inches; 3/4 Sleeves 27 inches (measured from collar to cuff); Length 34 inches. Elastic waist Skirt (no side seam pockets, BUT six carved bone turtles down the front): Waist 26 - 36 inches; Hips 50 inches; Length 36 inches. Scarf (no turtle buttons): 70 inches by 18 inches. Very good condition.
