OS 1X SANTE black caftan parrot bird long maxi dress flawed kaftan muumuu

Pre-owned and has a small paint stain on the front of the dress. There is also 2 runs on the front and one run on the back of the dress but it's hard to see. Please view photos of the flaws provided. This dress is a size OS (one size ) but I am a size XL and there is plenty of room so it might be best for someone who is at least a size 1X with still some extra room to spare. Has sewn in shoulder pads so they cannot be removed. ======================== APPROXIMATE measurements: Armpit to armpit 35 1/2" across laying flat ( Side seam to side seam - not including the extra side fabric - the extra side fabric measures right in between 2 1/2" and 3" inches so it's not quite 3" yet ) Hip is 36" across laying flat ( side seam to side seam - not including the extra side fabric ) The FULL LENGTH of the dress from the shoulder (right at the neck) to bottom hemline is 53" long Arm opening 12" long Sleeves 17" long ( STARTING at the NECK to the end of the sleeve )
