Back of tee shirt displays neon Budweiser poster art for the tour. Both the tour and the album were seen as huge comebacks for the band. The album is associated with the reconciliation between Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. Steel Wheels would be the last full length Stones album that bassist Bill Wyman would record.
