This stuffed Grumpy Cat is the original HoHoNo Grump Cat. It is brand new and still obviously in it's original packaging. It features the cat in a black Santa hat with the words HoHoNo on it. It is about 10" tall and made by Gund. Everyone knows a grumpy person that deserves this guy.
