littlesurfer71 @poshsalesgirl what does the breakaway clasp do? Does the lanyard not have a place to hold the badge?

poshsalesgirl @littlesurfer71 yes, the lanyard holds the badge. The breakaway clasp is just a safety mechanism that goes in the back of the chain. If the badge or chain ever gets caught in anything (say a shredder), it breaks apart via magnet to avoid injury. Some workplaces require them.

poshsalesgirl @littlesurfer71 no, you would need a twist face to complete the locket, but I have the white enamel face shown in photo #3 for $5. So, $35 for all three pieces (base, face and breakaway) or $25 for just the base and face. Posh isn’t offering reduced shipping today, but I expect them to within the next three days.

I don’t know what price point you have to hit for FREE! 😳 I think you are receiving offers from sellers who are paying shipping out of pocket. I don’t usually do that bc I can take advantage of Posh’s promo shipping day.
