O.P.T. Blue Satin Halter Maxi Gown Tie Back SEE NOTE

O.P.T. sleeveless halter maxi dress in a beautiful light blue satin. Ties at the neck - very dramatic. Please note: there apparently was a belt that came with this dress originally, but I never had the belt. I think it still looks cool worn without. There is also a small stain on the front, as pictured. I don’t think it’s noticeable when worn. There is also light foundation staining on part of the inside neck band - this is not noticeable when worn, as the neck tie covers it. I’m happy to provide measurements upon request!
