Handmade item. One of a kind! Shift dress in a pink shimmer with cream background. Peter pan collar, Lace skirt hem, multi tier skirt. Elasticized waist band. Quilting detail at shoulders. This screams Glinda from Wicked to me! If it were mine, I'd add pockets and a ribbon to the collar to make a pretty bow. This fabric is not sheer, but it is unlined.
