OOAK Error MELANIE in Angie Box Rare Dream Scene Outfit Topper Dawn 0502-0001

Error/One of a Kind Collectible here (a Dawn collector informed us). This gem was put together when the Topper factory was closing after bankruptcy, so many different mis-matched items came to be in this New in FACTORY SEALED BOX. The box states it's a 1970 Topper Dawn's friend Angie, but the actual doll is MELANIE who has wavy hair & brown eyes, looking to the right (Angie has brown eyes that look to the left & has straight hair too). Melanie is wearing a rare outfit called the Dream Scene nightie that was only sold as a separate set and she is wearing white shoes. There is a "hard cover/lid" instead of shrink wrap like the other Dawn dolls we have. Cover was taped on all 4 sides & left residue. Box shows wear & discoloration without shrink wrap to protect it. "My name is Angie I am Dawn's Friend I Walk! I Have Real Eyelashes!" She is about 6.25" Tall, has NO Green knees and was made in Hong Kong. She is still attached to the factory sealed box.
