O'Neill swim top long sleeve UPF 50

O'Neill swim top, long sleeve UPF 50. I have never worn and still has tags. I have had this in my closet awhile. There is a warning on the inside of the shirt that states that the protection may be reduced by getting wet, stretching or with use ( the second picture from the end). Please see pictures. I will drop off for shipping next day, Monday through Saturday, in the morning.
