O'Neill cropped pants romper with flutter sleeve. Navy with lavender flowers. Back is open with a tie at neck. Front has wooden circle by breasts. So cute! Never worn. Bought for my daughter and she couldn't quite fill in the top if you know what I mean! Needs a B cup to fill in my opinion. Inseam: approx 20"
