O’Neill Summer Dress

Gently used O’Neill summer dress. Has been loved a lot but definitely has more life in her! I am unsure of the dress style. The tag says child’s Large but can definitely fit a women’s Small. There is pilling throughout the dress but is only noticeable upon close examination. My height is 5’4” and the dress goes below my fingertips
