O’Neill Blue Floral Blouse

Brand new NWOT never worn. Super cute & very comfortable & flowy with cute ruffle detail on ends of sleeves & bottom of the top. Nice muted warm tones. Could probably fit size L-XL better! Measures about 19 x 20 inches. Sleeves are about 12.5 inches long. Elastic across the top measures 16 inches & has lotssss of stretch great if u have broad shoulders as well. 95% viscose material very lightweight & stretchy fabric. Can be worn with shoulders down or up 😊
