O’Neil womens blouse the with 3/4 bell sleeves with shirred elastic waist

Womens O’Neil medium blouse can fit as a crop top or pulled down to sit right at your waist I pulled to my waist because I’m not a big fan of crop tops I’m 5 ft tall though this blouse also has a string to tie the front collar area it is in great condition no stains,holes or fraying. The sleeves are 3/4 bell like sleeves because they are not full length the bell style didn’t get in the way when I wore it.
