O'Neil of Dublin Tartan plaid traditional wool blend pleated wrap skirt. Great condition. In person the skirt appears to be green and black to me but it photos looking more like a green, blue and black colorway. Made in Ireland Girls size 8/9 years old. Fits like a woman's size extra small and is listed as such. I'm shown modeling the skirt and wear a size 0-2 in women's. Please refer to measurements waist lying flat 12" with an elastic stretch band in the back length:17.5"
