Super cute off the shoulder striped ruffle top tee. By the brand A New Day from Target. My eye sees black and white, but very possible it is very dark navy and white stripes. I have included a photo with the shirt next to a black shirt for comparison so you can decide because I don’t want to mislead on the color. Shirt has only been worn once! Size XXL.
