@parenteducator hi! It's 74% polyester and 26% rayon/viscose. It is also hand washable, so you wouldn't have to have it dry cleaned. It is so pretty😊

@shanisaito waist is 23" across each side(front and back). Bust is 40" across (each side). I'm not very good at figuring out but I can tell you it's very roomy and has lots of give. It is just beautiful!
