ON Running Cloudrock Waterproof Hiking Boots sz 7

A boot from the future, the On Running Cloudrock is a hybrid running shoe/hiking boot with all the support and comfort one would imagine from such a design. We loved the cushioned sole and extra padded ankle and were impressed by the stiffness and support provided by the midsole. It's hard to find another hiking boot that compares in terms of overall support and stiffness plus comfort and padding. The downsides to this boot are its price tag and its lack of traction. Still, it's a great option for folks who want to invest in comfort for long hikes without very much technical terrain. Meet the Cloudrock Waterproof. Born in the Swiss Alps for those that live for adventures outdoors. Built for traction, pace and protection in tough terrain — no matter the conditions. Up to 35% lighter than competitors and backed up by a barrage of On innovations. Hiking is about to be rocked. Lightweight but durable and tough, the Cloudrock Waterproof's state-of-the-art membrane protects against both wind and water yet still allows for optimum breathability. A durable, rigid engineered mesh in the midfoot means stability even on unstable ground, while the lighter, flexible mesh in the forefoot lets air flow to keep feet feeling fresh. Size 7 and runs true to size. Worn on one trip, one of the lace hooks broke off (see last photo), but you can still tight the laces with no problem. Some scuffing as shown in close up photos. Otherwise in excellent condition.
