OLIVACEOUS Hawaiian shirt waist dress

I think this is the perfect short waist dress! It is size medium, however, I believe it is an extra small. The bust measurement is 34 inches. It is likely a cotton rayon bread blend. It’s hard to say as the tag has been worn out, but I think this dress is fantastic. It’s going to fit the right tiny gal just perfectly!
