Short sleeves. 95% cotton, 5% spandex, so plenty of stretch. Three snap closure at the crotch. Made in Hong Kong. Approx measurements, 16" underarm to underarm, 11.5" underarm to top of leg opening, thigh, 14.5" across shoulders. Very good condition
