OLD NAVY XS Navy Blue Dress

This dress is an XS. It is navy blue with a floral pattern. It has a “wrap dress” kinda look with a v neck cut. There is elastic around the waist for a breathable feeling. Only worn a a couple of times and in great condition. No stains, rips, or tears. As always, the price is negotiable :)
