OLD 1950 AVIATION AIR FRANCE Airline FUTURE STEWARDESS WINGS BADGE This is a vintage brooch/pin for Air France airlines. It was issued to children, I believe, as a souvenir on a flight. It is made of metal, possibly pewter or silvertone with a dark finish. It depicts wings with the words "Air France" around the globe in the centre. Beneath that is written in French, "Future Hotesse" for "future stewardess". Today that would refer to "Flight Attendant" It measures 2" in length x 1/2" in width. This vintage pin is in pristine, vintage condition with no issues whatsoever. The pinback fastens securely.
