OH No! It’s Mr. Bill! Mr. bill stuffed dog toy.

This is technically a dog toy but no dog lips have touched Mr Bill. He no longer screams ‘oh no’ when squeezed but he is still pretty cool. Was part of my office decor…again, never used by dogs. 11”
