OG Caroling Dickens Boy

We don’t know much about this older unsigned slightly stained piece of Holiday artwork, but it appears to be an original. It could be signed under the matting. The cheap old black frame barely fits and should probably be replaced (along with the matting). It has some issues at top center with a slight warp. However it is a cute colorful piece of artwork reminiscent of the Dickens era that might be worth taking a chance on. Leave as is for this Holiday season and/or restore it. Nostalgic Christmas decor.
