Can use wet or dry. Baked formulas become more intense when used wet. I suggest dipping brush into palette first and then spray the brush when amplifying the formula. The compact is magnetic & refillable with any godet refill of same size. You can easily remove this pan by inserting a bobby pin in the small hole at the bottom of the compact. This can also be used as an eyeshadow for a beautiful quick eye look. A little bronzer or transition shade in the crease (or not), add one shade on the lid and/or use both shades by using the other shade as an inner corner highlight. You can tie your look together by adding the highlighter to the rest of the face and even adding a bit to your favorite lip color and top it off with a gloss for a beautiful cohesive look.
