OFF THE SHOULDER SUMMER DRESS👗

Size small dress from Target. It is a burnt orange color with a white polka dot pattern. It is off the shoulder with cute ties that lay over the shoulders. There’s is two layers to the dress as pictured and it’s on the “longer” side of summer dresses. I am 5”7 and it came to right above my knees. This dress is super cute so make me an offer today!
