O’2nd for Scoop NYC

This dress was designed exclusively for Scoop NYC. The flat measurement from the armpit to the armpit is 21” and the length is 39”. There are tailored pleats that run down the dress that are 1.5” wide. On the inside of dress there are marks that can be seen in the pictures. I believe it is from people trying on the dress at the store with makeup on. There are no marks on outside of dress. Ref#438
