@abbylop7676 this does have thin shoulder padding. It is not a heavy fabric. You could wear it under a coat or not at all. It is lined.

@abbylop7676 I measured from the center of the neck, across the shoulder then down the arm. From the top of the sleeve to the wrist is 22"
