Nwt vintage Jean Paul Gaultier dress

NWT vintage jpg top or dress, mesh turtleneck is attached to the V-neck sweater. I’m sure they can be de attached and worn separately, one tiny hole on the v neck, I can fix it for you if you’d like( I know how to sew:) this runs big please see measurements, let me know if you need more pictures as they are part of description
