Nwt, gorgeous women's ruffled cropped blouse

Nwt, women's teal green ruffled off the shoulder, lace up cropped blouse. Hard to capture the true color, but it is definitely teal. Needs to be worn and I just haven't worn it. It's definitely very pretty! Size medium but would also fit a small.
