Nwt Sleeveless Pleated Skirt High Low Dress with Pockets in Hunter Green FLAWED

I never wore this dress, could have been a return before I bought it or just got flawed (as pics show) during shipping and handling. I'm not sure on the history of this dress. comes w/ belt, no belt loops on dress as 7th pic shows, belt loops broke. no stretch. READ ALL BELOW!! Please do not come back on me if the color of the item is a shade or 2 different in person then what the pics captured, It is not always the easiest to get the right color captured on cam. .
