New with tag Jessica Howard Lilac sheath dress, sz 4p. Key hole neck with pearls, beads, and yellow crystal gems along the neck line. Pleated waist. Dry clean only. Never been worn but missing a pearl, see pics, however, comes with extra beads. Material is a nylon polyester blend with a polyester lining. Measurements: length 36, bust 34 1/2, waist 28 1/2, keyhole slit 5 in, back slit 5 in. Zip and clasp closure in the back. No paypal or trade.
