Nwt IRIS-just bought this!!wrong size

I put this on before they closed quickly and thought it looked really cute and got home and realize it's a size extra large and I usually wear a small medium so this can be worn by either someone is more petite or someone who wears a larger size has fringed arms at wrist made out of polyester and a dash of spandex.
