Nwt Girls Royal cover jacket

This is a beautiful navy blue color new with tags Shaw like piece but serves more like a jacket. This is for 12 months to 18 months. Also has a clasp so you can close the front of it or you can undo it to open it up and wear it like a jacket. Absolutely gorgeous
