budgetdiva10 @shopster610 hmm I believe so but I'll have to go check tomorrow I'm in bed and all of my merch is kept in my studio upstairs ;) so I'll check and get back to you and in my opinion they sit comfortably on the hips(waist) not high rise I mean unless maybe you're super short like under 5 foot or so?
