NwT Patagonia down sweater jacket in Berlin blue women's small

its a girls XXL but it can fit a women small armpit to armpit 18" waist 20" shoulder to shoulder 13.5" sleeves 25" **price is firm** Patagonia quarter zip that is listed as free with the purchase of this piece. someone else is selling a women's XS new with tags for almost $300! I think they're probably the same size I bought this on Poshmark thinking it would fit. I was able to zip it up but it was too tight. I am a small to medium.
