New with tag and never worn, but with minor manufacturer's flaw. The font on the inside of the leggings appears on front of waistband instead of the back. Not visible when worn. The side with the hang tag showing is the front side. Burgundy / Wine color. Perforated openings all along the sides. Thicker material.
