Nutmeg blouse with pleating

Studio M blouse on lovely nutmeg and cream colored pattern. Pleating down the center and down both arms. Nice length that hits me below the zipper line on pants (I’m 5’3). Sleeves have elastic at bottom to create a Bell like sleeve.
