Ok, this is what I found out. You “Like” my listing. I will make the offer $10 and then I can lower shipping. I can’t lower the price on the shoes. When I lower shipping, I have to pay the difference of the shipping costs. If you want to do that, let me know, and will offer price drop. Discounted shipping would be $5.99. I may have to lower the price of the shoe to $9 to do this. I’m only going to make about &4 doing this.
