ONE OF A KIND pink, hand painted dress with French lace, swarovski crystals, low back, skinny straps that criss cross and tie in the back, cups would fit up to a C or small D. Cups could easily be taken out and replaced if needed. I'd say it would fit size 0-4, scalloped hem, worn once for my sweet 16 (emotionally attached), this dress is stunning!
