Nude toile layered fabulous skirt with elastic waist size small

Toile and pleated layered skirt with many layers and elastic waist in nude size small unfortunately the tag was taken out so I have no idea who made it. I think it was BCBG but we cannot tell. It’s in wonderful condition except for a few little snags in the elastic in the back shown in pictures. Ask questions, please.
