avalentine11 @alecia27 I would go down to 32. and yes. I wear a 7.5 heel with maybe one pair of 7s. I can fit my right foot (the smaller of the two) barely in these and when I do it's all squished and super uncomfortable cuz it's so tight. so definitely better for a 6.5-7 heel wearer.
