Nu Label Black and White Swing Top

Black and White swing top with ruffle bottom. I wore this with leggings. I am 5'7 so it is too short for me otherwise. Super cute top! 15" from pit to pit. Lots of stretch. 30" from shoulder to hem. No tag with size, but I would rate it as a medium with the 15" pit to pit.
