These are my favorite Novella Royale Bells (and I've tried alot!). They are made of velvet with a cute boho pattern and are shorter in length than the normal janis bells which is great for us shorter gals. For reference I am 5'4" and I can wear a 1" - 3" heel with these and they look great.
