Super cute, hip skirt by Novella Royale. Beautiful colors, good condition. Wouldn't be selling if it wasn't a bit big, actively hunting for a smaller one. This deserves a good home! Waist 30, hips 32, length 14.5... when laying flat. Gorgeous with all fall boots and both black n Brown hues. First photo is similar, but just shown for style. Actual pattern and colors shown in next photos.

katt83 @frankieinhawaii yes u should Just get a seamstress to take it in, seems like you could wear it with anything, black white, tan, olive green, the colors are endless, if I were u I would keep it, I mean is it really worth the $30 u will end up getting in the end?
