Notting Hill paisley pattern fit and flare dress

Dress from Francesca's with a low back (still okay with a regular bra(!)) and narrow straps that show off your shoulders and upper body. Pattern is very dainty and is light blue and a gray/nude color, shown in picture. Tags have seen better days (clearly! 😂) but the dress is in great condition.
