Nylon, water resistant, shoulder strap and handle. Inside is 12x17x3 with velcro adjustable compartment dividers. Also pen holders, velcro closure pockets, zippered pockets, sleeves and BC holder. Outside front zippered 10 1/2 x 9 pocket. Outside back is expandable 11 x 15 1/2 portfolio holder. All zippers work. In very good condition only flaw are marks inside left by computer corner pads, see pic.
