Notations Tiered Ruffles Tunic Length Top L NWT

For the girly girls out there I have this lovely tunic length top that's covered all over with tiers and tiers of ruffles accented with shimmering, tiny pailettes. From armpit to armpit it measures 21", and will easily stretch a few inches more. From shoulder to hem it's approx. 27".
