Notations PL shirt dress with drawstring belt

Shirt dress in Aztec style print. Blue and black background. Has drawstring belt with elastic. Can be worn as a shrug or dress. Feels like a stretchy button down shirt. I wore it with leggings, tights and skinny jeans and t-shirt. The belt does stretch out to reveal the elastic inside if you pull. I am open to any questions or offers.
